I went to see my G.P. because I had unsightly thread veins on both legs and it was getting worse. He recommended Mr Gajraj at the Melbury Clinic. Mr Gajraj checked for any underlying cause and then treated the problem in three sessions. I am very pleased with the results and now feel comfortable wearing shorts and swimwear. The procedure was virtually painless, the worst part was having to wear tight stockings for three weeks - a small price to pay. G.A Hobbs

Both my chosen profession and hereditory factors have contributed to long standing vascular disease. As my varicose veins were causing symptoms that reqiured treatment I went to see Mr Gajraj on word of mouth recommendation. I was struck by his kind and easy manner. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision concerning the way forward. On the day of surgery I was particularly nervous and he spent some time helping me through. The after care was as carefull as all that had gone before. My legs have now healed and I am asymptomatic - excellent. I developed varicose veins in my early 30's.They were extemely pronounced.This resulted in me feeling unable to swim with my young children and never wearing skirts! I also experienced a heavy dragging feeling in my legs at the end of the day and I was also concerned that they may lead to further complications. I was initially refused treatment by the NHS,as they worsened I was offered surgical stripping,but I declined this due to fear of the operation! I can truly say that visiting Mr Gajraj was the best thing I could have done! The results have been truly incredible.The treatment is quick and relatively painless and the results are amazing.It was lovely to meet a Dr who actually took varicose veins seriously and recognises the problems they can cause.I have recommended him widely and know of 3 people who have had similar results by having foam sclerotherapy after seeing the transformation of my legs! I now many years on from my initial treatment visit him yearly for check-ups/any top up treatments required.He is always friendly and listens to/discusses any concerns.A fantastic professional.
